Artist's Description
This wonderful art deco design for Pianos Duade was reissued in 1975 to show their new location and uses the same original iconic image created by Andre Daude in the 1920's. The creator of this stunning poster for the piano store on Avenue Wagram in Paris is the former president of the company. It is an inspired design. The diagonal placement of the piano instantly animates the entire scene, and the overhead view of the baldheaded pianist adds just the right note of humor.
